Helpdesk upgrade

As you may have read in our Announcements forum we have recently upgraded our Helpdesk to the latest version of Cerberus. The migration was done by the kind staff at Cerberus as we were upgrading through a couple of major revisions and have an awful lot of data (all our helpful replies!)

We’re very pleased with the new helpdesk and hope you are too. This is the start of some major backend upgrades that we have planned over the coming month. Keep and eye on the blog and forums for more information!
