UK Managed Dedicated Servers

If you're unfamiliar with managing dedicated servers then why not let us dispense with the worry. We offer two levels of management for all our cPanel-based dedicated servers, meaning if there's a problem we will respond and if you get lost, we're here with a helping hand. Simply select the level of management, below, most suited to your situation and we'll do the rest.

Managed Maintenance

The 'Helping Hand' Option.

When you need assistance we are ready to help. With Managed Maintenance we will monitor your critical services 24 hours a day, and if we detect a problem we will react immediately to resolve it.

If you're having trouble with the general running of your server, drop us a line, we're here to help; and with Managed Maintenance you have our full attention for any server based problems you may experience.

Managed Plus

The 'Hands-Off' Option.

To place the continued operation of your server in our hands entirely, then choose Managed Plus. Along with all the features of Managed Maintenance we will additionally treat the server as our own.

If there's a problem we will work to resolve the cause. If the server has to be restored from backups, we will restore it. We run our own security settings along with daily performance and configuration checks to ensure your server is in perfect running order. We also include NAS storage space for off-server backups of critical files.

Managed Plus also includes a significantly enhanced hardware SLA response. Please contact us for more details.
