Control Panel Licensing
As an authorised cPanel distributor we are able to offer external cPanel licenses to customers who have services hosted in different datacentres. We understand that many external license holders do not require support from our team and we also understand that some will require more hand holding than others.
Due to these differences we have two separate types of packages. The first is for the more experienced cPanel administrator – with no support provided which means you can benefit from a lower monthly fee. The second includes support on a monthly basis.
If you do require further support then this is available at £50 / hour or £5 a ticket.
