As a subscriber to our monitoring service, we will monitor your UKDedicated critical services every five minutes of the day, every day of the year.
We will send you alerts via email and SMS. This allows you to be aware of events as and when they occur, even when you're away from your desk. You will receive precise information about which service is in trouble and when the event occurred. When the event is clear you will also receive notification of the return to service, meaning if this happens naturally you do not waste time in responding unnecessarily.
